Licensed Club Policies

Responsible Service of Alcohol

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of the Wyong Rugby League Group are committed to Principles of the Responsible Serving of Alcohol, and will ensure that all persons in this Club adhere to these principles at all times.

Responsible Conduct of Gaming

The Wyong Rugby League Group is committed to Responsible Gaming. With this Commitment we offer all patrons the opportunity to participate in a Self-Exclusion Scheme.
We support Responsible Gaming by;

  • Having a house policy that encourages responsible gaming
  • Having information on problem gambling
  • Not providing credit
  • Not allowing minors in restricted areas
  • Not promoting irresponsible gaming practices

Dress Regulations

The following dress is considered inappropriate and not permitted at any time:

  • Offensive shirts
  • Dirty, torn or untidy clothing
  • Bare feet
  • Men's headwear
  • Immodest clothing
  • Men's singlets or tank tops
  • Soiled. stained & dirty work clothes
  • Torn or dirty footwear
  • Numbered sporting ferseys (not numbered billabong tops)
  • Gang colours

After 7:30pm the following will apply:

  • All members and guests are requirred to be of neat and tidy appearance in accordance with our dress regulations
  • Thongs and scuff are allowed, but they must be worn with neat and tidy clothes
  • Thongs and scuff are not allowed on the dance floor

Poker Machine & Keno Payouts

The payout limit at the Wyong Rugby League Group Clubs is $1000 in cash with the balance to be paid by cheque within 48 hours.
Due to our Responsible Gaming Policy there are no credit/cash advances provided.

The Wyong Rugby League Group is subject to the provisions of The Privacy Act 1988, and is committed to safeguarding personal information provided by members, visitors and staff.
We will not disclose your personal information unless there is a threat to life, health or safety.
